Software problems may delay Hind Copper financial results

Copper manufacturer Hindustan Copper Ltd has said the unaudited financial results for the first quarter of 2009-10 would be delayed, and is likely to be published by August end because of technical problems in the newly installed software for enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. - FTIL posts 113% rise in net profit - Gemini Communication FY"09 net dips 63% at Rs 10.04 cr - Omaxe FY09 net dips 91% at Rs 41 cr - Natco Pharma FY09 net rises 8.5% at Rs 44 cr - Ackruti City FY09 net dips 12% at Rs 265 cr - Orissa Sponge Iron March qtr net loss at Rs 20 cr The firm had earlier announced, in a regular filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange, to come out with the financial results by June 30. The company"s ERP system, currently in the stabilization phase,is facing initial system and transaction errors and bugs and is under review, the filing said. The entire process of finalization of accounts and completion of statutory audit is likely to get extended to the end of July or first week of August"09, it said.
