Deepak Fertilisers & Petrochemicals Corporation today said it has raised Rs 100 crore by issuance of debentures.

The committee of directors at its meeting held today approved allotment of non-convertible debentures to four lenders, totalling to Rs 100 crore, Deepak Fertilisers said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The company has alloted the said debentures to Bank of Baroda, Yes Bank, IDBI Bank and State Bank of Indore.
Shares of Deepak Fertilisers & Petrochemicals Corporation were trading at Rs 92.90 on the BSE, up 2.54 per cent fro its previous close.
